Born in Bielefeld in 2005, Gian Luca began his motorsport career in karting at the age of five. In addition to racing, he was also a professional soccer player—further proof of his talent, ambition, and fighting spirit. But his passion for motorsport was stronger and ultimately determined his path. At the age of 14, he accompanied his father to races in the Porsche Sports Cup and realized how crucial focus, discipline, and team spirit are to success. In 2021, he made his debut in the Porsche Sports Cup Germany, in 2022 he became the youngest champion in several classifications, and in 2023 he achieved strong placings in the Porsche 992 GT3 Cup. Today, he races in the Porsche Carrera Cup Germany and demonstrates how passion, perseverance, and the willingness to learn from setbacks drive people to extraordinary achievements—both on the racetrack and in life.
