Matthias Windolph is an entrepreneur, brand strategist, and managing director of HOTSUSHI.BRAND GmbH & Co. KG. He combines strategic brand management with creative thinking and a deep understanding of the customer journey—from the first encounter with the brand through relevant touchpoints to a consistent brand experience. Matthias Windolph develops and oversees his own brands, and as a brand owner, he constantly navigates the balancing act of selecting the right channels, formats, and communication strategies. As a co-founder of the industry initiative WE.LOVE.PRINT., Matthias Windolph actively advocates for the visibility, relevance, and further development of the print and media industry. In his presentations, he speaks about brands, communication, and the role of print in a changing media landscape—in a practical, contextualizing manner and with a clear, well-founded perspective.

Thorsten Kinnen is a co-founder of the WE.LOVE.PRINT initiative. He is a passionate advocate for print. He began his career in print with an apprenticeship as a screen printer, followed by a degree in printing engineering from BUGH Wuppertal. He worked at various well-known printing companies as a workflow and project manager before joining Konica Minolta Business Solutions Deutschland GmbH 11 years ago. For the past 6 years, he has served as Business Development Manager for Commercial Printing. Thorsten Kinnen consistently inspires audiences with his presentations, which highlight how important, exciting, and future-proof print is.
